On July 17, 2009, the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) posted in their California Regulatory Notice Register the proposed action on regulations by the Secretary of State requesting the adoption of a new chapter in the regulations entitled, "Trustworthy Electronic Document or Record Preservation".
These regulations have been modified as a result of the comments received.
